“Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we will ever do.”

Progress over perfection, always evolving!

Remote work such as FIFO (fly-in-fly-out) has many pros but also comes with cons and navigating life as an individual or family poses challenges. We wish to uncover common themes amongst FIFO workers so they feel supported, are better equipped, and know they are never alone in their journey.

Our Mission

Building a mental-wellness culture for FIFO workers and their families to thrive through education, support, and advocacy.
